"The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) has contracted with ACS to provide TCRS services to handle our 1098T submission and related customer service requirement since the inception of TRA97. The TCRS website allows students or our institution to print duplicate copies of the 1098T which is a great time-saver and reduces the number of forms we have to reprint and mail due to bad addresses, etc. Their full-service customer support handles all student inquiries except those claiming that the data itself is incorrect, which of course, we need to review. Their submission process is easy to understand and they handle all IRS reporting.
